Our Churches

The origin of Port Royal and Matamoras Churches began in the 1800's. Today we build on that foundation of faith by fellowshipping with one another and serving others in our community.

Currently both churches are served by Pastor Terry Brosius. He can be reached by contacting the church office at 717-527-4802.

Port Royal UMC Mission and Vision Statement

To spread the message of salvation by expressing the love of God to all peoples. We will do this by serving God, the community, and our families.

Matamoras UMC Mission and Vision Statement

The members of Matamoras United Methodist Church will serve as Christ-like examples and further God's word and purpose in people's lives. Our efforts will be directed to members of our church and community through the ministries of visitation and fellowship to those in hospitals, retirement homes and shut-ins. Our emphasis will be reassurance of the love and grace of our Lord on having individual come to know our Lord and His message of salvation.
